Shadow Angel Self Defence provides general safety advice, demonstrations, and confidence-building activities for women and first responders. We do not offer accredited qualifications or regulated security training. All techniques are presented as guidance only and should be adapted with care to individual circumstances. Participants are responsible for their own judgment, safety, and wellbeing when applying advice outside of sessions. Shadow Angel and its facilitators accept no liability for injury, loss, or damages arising from the use of information or activities provided.

It is strongly recommended that participants review their local laws regarding self-defence and, where applicable, their departmental rules, use-of-force frameworks, or graduation of response policies. It is the participant’s responsibility to remain informed and up to date with the legal boundaries and professional standards that govern their actions.

Eligibility

Pleas contact us to fined out if you are eligible for the first responders courses. As we cater to a wide range of women who work in hands on roles. We will ask for proof of employment with a badge, work photo ID or licenses in these fields to maintain the integrity of the women in these seminars.
